I'm a backend developer based in Benin, building services in Go. I like the parts of software that have to hold up in production: well-designed APIs, solid SQL, and systems that are easy to deploy, observe and debug. I started out on the frontend with SvelteKit and TypeScript, so I'm comfortable owning a feature end to end, from the database to the UI.

A REST API for Kanban boards with JWT auth and per-user data isolation, backed by PostgreSQL with sqlc and goose migrations. Deployed to Google Cloud Run through a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
A feature flag platform: a Go backend with Connect/gRPC APIs defined in Protobuf, PostgreSQL via sqlc, and a SvelteKit dashboard. A flag evaluator and SDK are next.
I'm looking for a full-time backend role where I can build and run services in Go. If your team needs someone who cares about clean APIs, solid data models and systems that are easy to operate, I'd love to hear from you.
